District Judge Appointment: Sarah Davies
The King has appointed Sarah Davies to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Wales Circuit, based at Pontypridd Civil and Family Courts and Merthyr Tydfil County and Family Court, with effect from 4 December 2023.
Sarah Davies will be known as District Judge Sarah Davies. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
