District Judge Appointment: Whitfield
The Queen has appointed Peter John Whitfield to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Medway County Court with effect from 2 December 2019.

Peter John Whitfield, aged 54 will be known as District Judge Whitfield. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
