District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Appointment: Fleck
The King has appointed Nicola Fleck to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Shabana Mahmood MP and the Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill.
The Lady Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Croydon Magistrates’ Court with effect from 28 April 2025.
Background Information
Nicola Fleck will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Fleck. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2006. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
