District Judge (Magistrates’ courts) Appointment: Passfield
The Queen has appointed Zoe Victoria Passfield to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Hull and Holderness Magistrates’ Court and Hearing Centre with effect from 28 January 2020.

Zoe Victoria Passfield, aged 46 will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ courts) Passfield. She was called to the Bar (I) in 1995 and was admitted to the Roll in 1999. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ courts) in 2017.
