Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Aspinall

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Mark Aspinall to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 March 2026.
Mark Aspinall will be known as Tribunal Judge Aspinall. He was appointed as a Magistrate in 2009, as a Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal for England in 2016, and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2019.
