Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Byrne

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Kelly Byrne to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 March 2026.
Kelly Byrne will be known as Tribunal Judge Kelly Byrne. She was admitted to the roll in 2006. She was appointed as a Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal for Wales in 2021, and as the Vice President of the Residential Property Tribunal for Wales in 2025.
