The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Simon Clegg to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Simon Clegg will be known as Tribunal Judge Clegg. He was called to the bar (Inner Temple) in 2005. He was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2019, and as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
