Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Cole

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Christopher Cole to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Christopher Cole will be known as Tribunal Judge Cole. He was admitted to the roll in 1998. He was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2019, and as a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge in 2024.
