The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Joanne Goff to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 17 February 2026.
Joanne Goff will be known as Tribunal Judge Joanne Goff. She was called to the bar (Inner Temple) in 2004 and admitted to the roll in 2013. She was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2021.
