Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Gray

The Senior President of Tribunals, Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Tribunal Judge Gray to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, with effect from 5 January 2026.
John Gray will be known as Tribunal Judge Gray. He was called to the bar in 2001. He was appointed as a fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2019, as a Recorder in 2020, as a Nominated Judge of the Court of Protection (Tier 2) in 2021 and as a fee paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) (Restricted Patients Panel) in 2022.
