Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Grewal

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Sukhpal Grewal to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, with effect from 16 March 2026.
Sukhpal Grewal will be known as Tribunal Judge Grewal. She was admitted to the roll in 1996. She was appointed as a Chair of the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales in 2022. In 2023 she was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge, and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge.
