The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Emma Hannay to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 19 February 2026.
Emma Hannay will be known as Tribunal Judge Hannay. She was admitted to the roll in 2008.
