Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Inglis

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Russell Inglis to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, with effect from 7 April 2026.
Russell Inglis will be known as Tribunal Judge Inglis. He was admitted to the roll in 2012. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020 and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2025.
