Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Khan

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Sabina Khan to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Sabina Khan will be known as Tribunal Judge Khan. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1999. In 2022 she was appointed as an Assistant Coroner, and in 2023 she was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge.
