The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Nathan Moxon to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 6 April 2026.
Nathan Moxon will be known as Tribunal Judge Moxon. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 2006. He was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2013, as a Recorder in 2023, and as a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge in 2024.
