The Senior President of Tribunals, Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Tribunal Judge Neave to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Property Chamber, with effect from 1 June 2026.
Katie Elizabeth Neave will be known as Tribunal Judge Neave. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2013. She was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2023 and as a Deputy District Judge in 2024.
