The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Helen Neville to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 23 February 2026.
Helen Neville will be known as Tribunal Judge Neville. She was admitted to the roll in 2010. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2021, and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2024.
