The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Sarah Oakes to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 23 February 2026.
Sarah Oakes will be known as Tribunal Judge Oakes. She was admitted to the roll in 2009. She was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2019, and as a Deputy District Judge in 2022.
