The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Rupert Read to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, with effect from 19 June 2026.
Rupert Read will be known as Tribunal Judge Rupert Read. He was admitted to the roll in 1999. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge in 2023.
