Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Ritchie

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Duncan Ritchie to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Duncan Ritchie will be known as Tribunal Judge Ritchie. He was called to the bar (Inner Temple) in 2004. He was appointed as an Assistant Coroner in 2021, and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2025.
