The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Amitkumar Sachdev to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 March 2026.
Amitkumar Sachdev will be known as Tribunal Judge Sachdev. He was admitted to the roll in 1998. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
