The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Amarjit Sagar to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 23 February 2026.
Amarjit Sagar will be known as Tribunal Judge Sagar. She was admitted to the roll in 2005. She was appointed as a Legally Qualified Chair in the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in 2022.
