Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Appointment: Watson

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Tehniat Watson to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 February 2026.
Tehniat Watson will be known as Tribunal Judge Watson. She was admitted to the roll in 2003. She was appointed as a Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal in 2020, a Disability Qualified Tribunal Member in June 2025, and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in September 2025.
