The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Nicholas Webb to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 2 March 2026.
Nicholas Webb will be known as Tribunal Judge Nicholas Webb. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2003 and admitted to the roll in 2011. In 2020 he was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge and as a Fee-paid Employment Judge. He was appointed as a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge in 2024.
