The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Brett Wilson to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, with effect from 16 February 2026.
Brett Wilson will be known as Tribunal Judge Brett Wilson. He was called to the bar (Inner Temple) in 2008. He was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales in 2025.
