The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed Gabrielle Dwyer as a salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, General Regulatory Chamber with effect from 7 March 2025.

Background Information

Gabrielle Dwyer will continue to be known as Judge Dwyer. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2011. She was appointed as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, in 2019 and as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber, in 2020.
