The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom, has appointed Katherine Southby to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal.
The Senior President Of Tribunals has assigned her to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber to exercise the Special Educational Needs and Disability, Care Standards and Primary Health Lists jurisdictions within that Chamber with effect from the 22 April 2024.
Katherine Southby will be known as Judge Southby. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1998. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Property Chamber in 2011, and as a Regional Tribunal Judge, Property Chamber in 2013.
