The Senior President of Tribunals, Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Tribunal Judge Hickey to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, with effect from 19 January 2026.
Eugene Hickey will be known as Tribunal Judge Hickey. He was called to the bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1988. He was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge in 2023.
