The Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Gennaro Baffa to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 1 July 2024.
Gennaro Baffa will be known as Judge Baffa. He qualified as a CILEX Fellow in 1998. He was appointed as a Legally Qualified Chair of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in 2019
