The Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Claire Gilmore to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 10 June 2024.
Claire Gilmore will be known as Judge Gilmore. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007. She was appointed as Traffic Commissioner for Scotland in 2019, and as a Fee-paid Convenor of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland in 2021.
