The Senior President of Tribunals has appointed Gareth McMahon to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 7 May 2024.
Gareth McMahon will be known as Judge McMahon. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2014. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020, and as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal in 2020.
