The King has appointed Sarah Grey to be a salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 16 September 2024.

Background Information

Sarah Grey will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Grey. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1993. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013 and as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2020.
