The King has appointed Elizabeth Ruddick to be a salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 16 September 2024.

Background Information

Elizabeth Ruddick will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Ruddick. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2019.
