Mr Justice Waksman appointed Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court
The President of the King’s Bench Division has appointed Mr Justice Waksman as Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court.
This is a two year appointment that runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028.
