New Family Division Liaison Judge Appointed
The President of the Family Division, following consultation with the Lord Chancellor, has announced the appointment of a Family Division Liaison Judge.
Mrs Justice Judd has been appointed as the Family Division Liaison Judge for the Western Circuit, for a period of four years, with effect from 6 June 2022 where she will succeed Mrs Justice Roberts.
Background:
The Hon Mrs Justice Judd was called to the Bar, Middle Temple, in 1984, and took Silk in 2006. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2002, as a s9(1) Deputy High Court Judge in 2011 and a High Court Judge (Family Division) in 2019.
