Elisabeth Mary Davidge has been appointed as a Resident Judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the advice of The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 5 September 2022.

Background Information:

Elisabeth Mary Davidge, will be known as Resident Judge Davidge. She entered the Roll in 1986. She became a fee-paid Judge in the Mental Health Review Tribunal (Birmingham) in 2003. She then followed further fee-paid roles in the Property Chamber (Birmingham) in 2006 and Immigration and Asylum Chamber (IAC), Deputy Upper Tribunal IAC Judge in 2010.
