Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Civil Judge Appointment: Gargan
The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Baroness Carr Of Walton-On-The-Hill has appointed His Honour Judge Gargan to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Civil Judge based at Leeds Combined Court, with effect from 2 April 2024.
Mark Gargan will be known as His Honour Judge Mark Gargan. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1983. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2002 and as a Circuit Judge in 2015.
