The King has appointed Jeanette Zaman to be a Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Tax and Chancery Chamber with effect from 22 April 2024.
Background Information
Jeanette Zaman will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Zaman. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1999. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Tax Chamber, in 2019.
