1 June: Foxton LJ will be speaking on a panel at Debevoise & Plimpton (11:30am):  “International Arbitration Day: Challenges to recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in a global context”.

1 June (4.30pm): Knowles J will chair and facilitate an informal dialogue with General Counsel.

3 June (9.30am): Knowles J will give the opening remarks at the Commercial Litigators Forum India.

3 June (2pm): Knowles J will give the opening address at “Commercial Courts in a Connected World: Part 1 Commercial Courts in a Transnational World”.

3 June: Andrew Baker J will be a panel speaker for the session on The English Litigation Toolkit: Supporting Proceedings Across Borders: “Remedies, Procedure and Strategy in Aid of Foreign Litigation and Arbitration.”

3 June (5.45pm): the Commercial Court Seminar 2026: “The Interface of Public and Private Law” at the Ashworth Centre, Lincoln’s Inn. Speakers include Singh LJ and Calver J.

4 June (5pm): Knowles J will give an address “Geopolitics, Capital, Trust and Resilience: UK, India and the New World Order”.

4 June (4.30-6pm): “Trusting the data: why London leads the future of global dispute resolution, Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, The Law Society of England and Wales” at the Law Society. Panel including Waksman and Dias JJ.

4 November: Andrew Baker J will deliver the Institute of Maritime Law Annual Lecture 2026 (formerly known as the Donald O’May Lecture) at the Law Society on Chancery Lane.
