COMBAR 2024 International Commercial Law Conference
Mr Justice Foxton is one of the panellists for the opening session of a conference organised by the Commercial Bar Association of Victoria, which is being held in London on 3-4 July 2024. Mr Justice Foxton will speak in the opening session, discussing “Challenges in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Determination”, on the challenges posed by disclosure.

Birmingham B&PC Event
Mr Justice Foxton will be giving a talk organised by the Birmingham Business & Property Courts Forum on 24 September 2024 on “Ten Great Courtroom Dramas and What We Can Learn From Them.” The event will be hosted at the offices of Pinsent Masons at 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2FG and will begin at 5pm.
