Mr Justice Henshaw (pictured above), the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, gave the keynote speech at the PRIME Finance annual conference in London on 7 October 2024. The speech was entitled “The Elusive Misrepresentation”, and focussed on understanding of/reliance on alleged misrepresentations in financial products cases.
