Litigating in the Commercial Court
The Commercial Court has established particular practices designed to manage and try cases efficiently. Its practices are governed by Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and Practice Direction 58 and it has its own Guide and Forms.
The Commercial Court Guide: This is in practical terms the key point of reference for those litigating in the Commercial Court. Now in its 11th edition published in 2022, it provides a comprehensive guide to the procedures of the Commercial Court.
