The TCC congratulates Lady Justice Sue Carr on her appointment as Lord Chief Justice as from 1 October 2023. Lady Justice Carr was previously a judge of the TCC at first instance.
The TCC also congratulates Mr Justice Peter Fraser, currently a judge of the TCC, who has been appointed Chair of the Law Commission as from 1 December 2023.
