Summary Assessment (N260)
Objective
To examine the Jackson recommendation to reform the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) summary assessment form, examine the feasibility of the proposed revised form and make recommendations, if appropriate, regarding the introduction of a new form.
Issues considered
Amendment to N260.
Outcome of Working Party
It was agreed by the CJC and Lord Justice Jackson that there was no need to amend the form.
