Following an Expressions of Interest exercise, the Lady Chief Justice is pleased to announce the appointment of a Designated Civil Judge. HHJ Jonathan Owen has been appointed as the Designated Civil Judge for Nottinghamshire & Derby with effect from 18 July 2026. The Lady Chief Justice wishes HHJ Jonathan Owen well in his new role.
